Our Team
Mastercraft Waterproofing is a full service basement waterproofing and restoration company servicing all of Massachusetts and Northern Rhode Island. Our "Masters of the Craft" employees have over 30 years of experience. We pride ourselves doing the tough jobs the others can't.
Tom
Tom is a dedicated family man that has an extensive history in the construction world. He started work in the field as a framer building homes for a local carpenter. He later continued his career with 15 + year's of road and utility construction and as a safety officer for a large utility company. Tom is an experienced equipment operator and holds many certificates and licenses in the the State of MA. Tom is a veteran of the US. Army and has held the title of Veteran of the Year in Ludlow, MA. When Toms not working he's an avid marathon runner and hopes to complete the six world marathon majors. He's also an active volunteer in the community, volunteering for Homes for our Troops, Run to Home Base and the VFW to name a few.
Rob
Rob is a dedicated father of two girls. Rob has a degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in business management. Rob then started his journey in the construction world working as a mason specializing in stone foundations. He has over 20 of experience in basement waterproofing, structural foundation repair and sump pump installation. Rob is a licensed construction supervisor in the state of MA and is a registered contractor in the state of RI. He holds many certificates in electrical construction, foundation repair, sump pump repair and construction sealants. When Rob isn't working he is a youth soccer coach and board member for his local town. He is also a member of the Knights of Columbus.
